No Hassle Returns
At Torque Junkie, we believe in keeping things simple and ensuring your purchases are risk-free. If you're not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided it meets the following conditions: the item must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and in its original, perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact. Simply contact us before returning your item, and our team will guide you through the process to make it as quick and hassle-free as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Making a Return
To initiate a return, please contact Torque Junkie by emailing us at support@torquejunkie.com. We will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number and guide you through the process to ensure it is fast and straightforward. For a full refund, the item must be unused, with its original packaging intact and undamaged. We're here to make your return experience as seamless as possible.
Sending a Return
To return your order within 30 days of purchase, the item must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and in its original, perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact. Pack up your item(s) protectively and write your Returns Number clearly on the outside of the package. To guarantee delivery, we'd recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse shipping fees for returned items. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Refund & Reimbursement
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll begin processing your return promptly. If the item meets the conditions outlined in our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 working days. Please note that we reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our stated requirements.
Can I drop off a return?
Returns cannot be dropped off in person and must be sent through a postal service or package carrier.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request an exchange. Simply let us know what you’d like instead, and we’ll swap your current item for the new one as quickly as possible.
