Usually, it takes 3–5 business days to process and fulfil an order before it’s shipped. Shipping times then depend on your location. Please see the table below for Torque Junkie's shipping options and estimated delivery timelines.

Remote Area Issue

Wrong Address

If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the shipping carrier, the shipment will be returned to Torque Junkie, potentially causing delays. To avoid this, please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address when placing your order.

Shipment Lost in Transit

If the carrier tracking shows that your shipment was lost in transit, please contact Torque Junkie within 30 days. We will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Tax/VAT Issue

As customs duties and tax laws vary by country, it is the buyer's responsibility to comply with local regulations.

If a customer refuses to pay the required taxes or duties upon the order's arrival in the destination country, Torque Junkie will not reship or provide a refund for the order.
